Cherry Mobile Cubix 3 first impressions

We’ve told you about the upcoming Cubix model in Lazada a few weeks back. The Cubix 3 is actually the fourth Cubix to be introduced in Lazada. Cubix brand is made by Cherry Mobile but this product is exclusively available in Lazada.

Now, let’s try to present you some more details about the Cubix  3 and you decide if it is worth your money.

The fourth Cubix smartphone sports a 5.5-inch HD display and has 2G RAM and 16G internal storage which is expandable up to 128G on a micro-SD.

Among the Cubix model, the Cubix 3 is the most good-looking version. The choice of rose gold color added more elegance to this affordable smartphone. You will find the power button and volume control all on the right side and the charging port at the bottom.

Moving on the back, you will find a 16MP camera with LED flash and the speaker grill at the bottom part. The plastic back cover will define why it is priced at less than P5k.

While the back cover is removable, the battery is built-in. When you take off the back cover, it will reveal two micro-SIM slots and the micro-SD slots.

Compared to the former Cubix, the Cubix 3 has a smaller battery capacity, having only 2,700mAH.

The UI is also clean and almost stock. It has Android 5.1 Lollipop and you will find almost no bloatwares installed.

The Cubix line up is another brand of Cherry Mobile and is exclusively available on Lazada. That means you can’t find this in your favorite stores in malls, in Greenhills and in Makati Cinema Square.
