In fact, Filipinos and Philippines’ watchers sent over 280,000 Tweets during the live TV broadcast (from 2pm to 6pm today), peaking at over 3,000 Tweets per minute when he talked about the implementation of Reproductive Health Law at 4:29pm during #SONA2016.
