GN Netcom the makers of Jabra intros new series of UC Headsets to the Philippine market. The UC series with models UC Voice 150, UC Voice 250, UC Voice 550 and UC Voice 750 will be available via its distributors in the country.
Ralph Ede, Managing Director for South Asia shared an interesting statistics about the headsets market . He said currently there are about 7.8 million users of UC and by the end of 2015 it is expected to grow very fast to 49.5 millions. Jabra takes advantage of this forecast by introducing affordable UC headsets.
JABRA UC Voice Series launched were Jabra UC Voice 150, UC Voice 250, UC Voice 550 and UC Voice 750. These headsets are intended for UC deployments. UC Voice series comes in USB and corded-type models.
Jabra UC VOICE 150 is the entry level corded headset designed specifically for Unified Communication deployments. It is a perfect for light use by office professionals in both small and large office environments. With Jabra’s crystal clear sound which includes a noise-reduction feature, ensuring that the recipient cannot hear background noise from the speaker’s surroundings. The headset is designed for louder office settings. Jabra UC 150 will be available in USD39.00.
Jabra UC Voice 250 is based on an award-winning behind-the-ear design. Discreet and elegant and it has an ergonomic wearing style that provides superior comfort. This model is ideal for videoconferencing. Jabra UC Voice 250 will retail at USD49.00
Another corded-type headset is the Jabra UC Voice 550 designed specifically for UC environment. Made for desk-centric professionals who occasionally work from different locations and need to take the headset with them. UC Voice 550 has soft leatherette padding on the headband and comfortable ear cushions and will retail at USD69.00
And for the high-end series, the Jabra UC Voice 750 is made for design-conscious professionals who value a unique design. The headset has a thin headband, and comes in both light and dark colors. I guess if your center is installed with Mac’s this one is for you. Jabra UC Voice will retail at USD89.00
Jabra is branded to be an expensive headset in the industry however they proved that these models are quite affordable with a price starting at only USD39.00.
Jabra UC headsets are not available in the malls much like the headsets that you can buy in CD-R King stores. Jabra is available via their partner/resellers and can be purchased only in bulk orders.
