The next generation L series of LG has been launched recently. The low-cost entry level smartphones of LG has got what the high end has – knock code feature that can be customized by end-users. Users can make up to 8 combination of knock code to unlock the phone. This is the next generation security feature introduced by LG in their G series.
The third generation series was launched in a stylish-themed event at the Trinoma Mall and was graced by LG Mobile Ambassadors like Maxene Magalona, Kiefer Ravena, Thomas Torres and Andre Paras.
Mid-priced to feature advanced Android Kitkat (Yes, that’s right all the L series now runs Kitkat!), with more innovative features and polished interface for seamless user experience.
The next generation L series has IPS technology, powered by 1.2Ghz dual-core processor. And all models has dual-SIM feature.

Availability and Pricing
LG L40 is now available with an SRP of Php4,790. LG L70 is priced at P8,490, while the LG 80 is still TBA as of this posting. In Indonesia LG L8 is priced at IDR 2.5 million, or about P9,650.
