The Portégé X30W-J is shipes with the high-performance 28W versions of the Intel Core i5 and i7 quad-core 11th Gen 10nm processors. It is also fitted with powerful memory and storage options, including up to 32 GB of 4266 MHz dual-channel LPDDR4x memory and ultra-fast PCIe SSD (up to 1 TB) storage for uninterrupted productivity. The convertible is also available in configurations with the latest Intel Iris Xe powered graphics technology, providing best-in-class performance, discrete-level graphics, responsiveness and battery life, ideal for today’s increasingly data-intensive business applications.

Users have peace of mind that the Portégé X30W-J will be ready to go, even without a plug socket in sight, thanks to an extra-long up to 16-hour battery life. What’s more, in just 30 minutes, its fast charge feature will bring the battery back up to 40 percent power. The Instant On capabilities of the system also allows for rapid wake up in less than a second through biometric activation of the face and fingerprint. For the spontaneous capture of written ideas, the 5-mode convertible shape of the Portégé X30W-J means it can quickly become a tablet and makes a natural pen-on-paper writing experience when combined with Windows Ink Workspace and an optional AES stylus pen. The keyboard is automatically disabled when using the pen to prevent unintended keystrokes.

The Portégé X30W-J also boasts a full-size HDMI, a USB 3.1 Type-A port, plus a 3.5mm audio jack, packed with additional peripheral options, while a micro SD card slot provides optional extra storage.

The 2-in-1 has been designed to integrate the required resources into a highly compact footprint to meet the requirements of mobile service. The Portégé X30W-J features a thin 4-side bezel and high visibility at all angles of its 360-degree hinge, with a re-imagined concept featuring a Mystic Blue chassis and a premium look and feel. AES pen support offers a versatile and interactive experience, while improved robustness is offered by its Corning Gorilla Glass construction.
