Sandisk regional team came to Manila to launch two new products — the SanDisk Extreme 900 Portable SSD and SanDisk Extreme 500 Portable SSD.
The SanDisk Extreme 900 drives feature speeds of up to nine times faster than a portable hard drive, while the SanDisk Extreme 500 drives offer speeds up to four times faster.

Sandisk Extreme SSD Series pricing and availability
The SanDisk Extreme 500 Portable SSDs are available in the Philippines in capacities of 120GB and 240GB at MSRPs of P7,250 and P10,850.00 respectively, while the capacity of 480GB will be available in quarter fourth at MSRP of P18,000.
The SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD 900 SSDs will be available by quarter four in capacities of 480GB (P29,000), 960GB (P43,500) and 1.92TB (P72,500), respectively.
Both new SSD lines feature a three-year warranty.
