Smart Communications Inc. (Smart) and its value brand TNT have been honored with four prestigious awards at the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards® for their innovative and creative initiatives. The Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards, open to organizations in the 29 markets of the region, have been recognizing international businesses for their innovation in various categories since 2002.

TNT received a Gold Award for Innovation in Cause-related Videos for its viral SIM Registration campaign. This campaign garnered millions of online engagements through its creative and humorous videos, aimed at encouraging the public to register their SIM.

TNT also received a Gold Award for Innovation in Content Marketing/Branded Editorial for its groundbreaking TNT Petmaloop Challenge. This challenge set the Guinness World Record for the World’s Longest Travel Livestream and involved local content creators showcasing the highlights of their hometowns that bring them joy using the popular video-sharing app TikTok.

Additionally, TNT earned a Silver Award for Innovation in Cross-Media Marketing for its FREE TikTok For All campaign. This campaign allowed subscribers to enjoy free access to TikTok when they registered for select TNT promos.

Smart, on the other hand, received a Bronze Award for Innovative Achievement for the launch of the Smart Prepaid eSIM. This prepaid eSIM, the first of its kind in the Philippines, brings the future of mobile communications to the fingertips of more Filipinos.

Most-awarded Philippine telco 

Smart and TNT have contributed to the eight Stevie Awards won by PLDT, elevating the PLDT Group as the most recognized telecommunications company in the Philippines this year.

    Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards were granted based on the evaluations of over 150 experts globally. The judges reviewed over 1,000 nominations highlighting groundbreaking accomplishments in various fields.
