Sun Postpaid will formally rebrand to Smart Postpaid on Monday, April 25, bringing a better mobile experience to more subscribers.

All Sun Postpaid customers will retain their existing mobile number, SIM card, and plan inclusions as a result of the rebranding, but will now have access to all of the Smart Postpaid features and perks.
Subscribers may now enjoy Smart 5G, the country’s fastest 5G network, thanks to Sun Postpaid’s rebranding to Smart Postpaid, according to Ookla, the global leader in mobile network and intelligence.
Subscribers with 5G-enabled smartphones and SIM cards can enjoy lightning-fast upload and download speeds for increased productivity and more immersive digital experiences in Smart 5G-covered areas across the country.
Aside from that, subscribers will be able to manage their digital lifestyle more easily with the GigaLife App, Smart’s one-stop super app that allows customers to check their data, call, and text usage, view and pay their postpaid bill, and take advantage of the latest postpaid offers and add-ons – all from the comfort of their own homes.
Subscribers will be able to earn and accumulate GigaPoints on the GigaLife App for a more rewarding experience, which they can then use to redeem unique Smart Postpaid incentives.
Finally, clients who are eligible for plan renewal can take advantage of all of the renewal deals and bundles offered by Smart Signature Plans by calling the Smart Hotline at *888 or scheduling an appointment online at any Smart Store nationwide.
Sun Business subscribers, on the other hand, will be rebranded as Smart Enterprise Postpaid in the near future, with better and more engaging experiences to be announced soon.
