Don’t be trapped: Facebook hoax makes the rounds again
Hi friends,
Have you seen one of your Facebook friends posted this long message in his wall and tagged you?
“Now it’s official! It has been published in the media. Facebook has just released the entry price: $5.99 to keep the subscription of your status to be set to ‘private.’ If you paste this message on your page, it will be offered free (paste not share) if not tomorrow, all your posts can become public. Even the messages that have been deleted or the photos not allowed. After all, it does not cost anything for a simple copy and paste.”
I will tell you now that it is a hoax! Don’t fall for it. Don’t be fooled.
If you still don’t believe me, I am attaching reports by CNN and GMA News for your reference.

Here’s a personal tip.
If you are afraid that your private photos, files, and videos might be used by others. Do not post them on Facebook. Do not post them online.
Because anything you post online can be possibly searched, downloaded, copied, and be used without your permission.
Lastly, you can set your Facebook privacy settings so that certain posts, photos, and videos can be posted publicly, privately or can be accessed by select friends of yours only.
