GoTyme Bank was established by the Gokongwei Group and the Tyme Group of Singapore with the goal of enhancing customers’ banking interactions. Its “Phygital” concept expands people’s opportunities to use both traditional and innovative forms of banking.

The bank combines high-tech and personalized services to deliver financial solutions to more Filipinos. GoTyme Bank’s “phygital” idea, which combines physical touchpoints like as kiosks and bank ambassadors with secure digital transactions, would allow more Filipinos to realize their full financial potential.

GoTyme Bank’s president and CEO, Nate Clarke, highlighted how the bank’s next-generation banking experience will solve shortcomings in Filipino financial services. Less than 3% of Filipinos have access to affordable credit, such as a credit card. As a result, individuals commonly pay between 10% and 20% of their monthly income for short-term loans. Less than 3% of Filipinos have access to insurance, and even fewer have access to high-yielding assets like stocks and equities.

Its debit card provides 24-hour access to local and international ATMs. Deposits and withdrawals are also free at Robinsons-affiliated shop outlets for added convenience. There are presently 15 customer-service-ready kiosks in Robinsons supermarkets, with more on the way in the coming weeks. All Robinson’s supermarket and department store locations will be added to the GoTyme website on a regular basis.

GoTyme Bank debit cards can be used for online and in-store transactions here and overseas, making money transfers, shopping, and saving more convenient. GoTyme Bank clients can transfer funds from the app three times a week for free, in addition to free GoTyme-to-GoTyme transactions.
