The Mampang Health Center in Zamboanga has been successfully rehabilitated thanks to the efforts of the BDO Foundation and the city health office of Zamboanga, which will hopefully contribute to the overall health and happiness of the city’s population.
According to Mario Deriquito, president of the BDO Foundation, the restoration project took only two months to complete. This project involved the improvement of the health center’s consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and clinics, to name a few. He acknowledged the efforts made by Dr. Dulce Amor Miravite’s team, who serves as the city health officer for Zamboanga. He was grateful for their participation in the campaign.
Hidilyn Diaz, winner of an Olympic gold medal in weightlifting, spent her childhood in Mampang, the town where she first became interested in the sport of weightlifting. Diaz herself voiced her excitement at the development and even complimented the BDO Foundation for its work to rebuild and improve the center.
Talagang you truly find ways. Gracias po,” shared Hidilyn.
