In this year’s edition of the prestigious list published last October, the popular business publication Forbes Magazine recognizes Brother Industries, Ltd. as one of the “Best Employers of the World”
This achievement is the first in the history of Brother, with a ranking of 130 among 750 multinationals and corporations from 45 countries. The survey, conducted by Forbes with the German market research firm Statista, took place between June and July of this year.
Brother landed on the list with an optimistic and employee-friendly business culture that places a focus on talent growth, gender equity, social responsibility, and economic footprint, as well as the deft reaction of the company to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
“We are honored to be highlighted on Forbes’s ‘World’s Best Employers’ list this year, and it only goes to show that our success cannot be achieved without the valuable effort and contributions of our employees. It’s most important to all of us to make sure our people are well-taken care of,” said Brother Philippines President Glenn Hocson.
