Manila, Philippines – September 25, 2025Xiaomi has officially launched its highly anticipated Xiaomi 15T Series in the Philippines. This new lineup features Leica-powered cameras, advanced performance, and a premium design—all at a more accessible price point. The series includes the Xiaomi 15T and the more powerful Xiaomi 15T Pro, both of which are now available nationwide.

Pro-Level Imaging with Leica Partnership

Photography remains the highlight of the 15T Series. Both models come with Leica co-engineered triple-camera systems designed to handle anything from sweeping landscapes to detailed close-ups.

  • The Xiaomi 15T Pro features a Leica 5x Pro telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and up to 20x Ultra Zoom, making it ideal for capturing long-range shots. It also carries a Light Fusion 900 image sensor for superior clarity and dynamic range.
  • Xiaomi 15T maintains versatility with a main, ultra-wide, and telephoto setup that spans focal lengths from 15mm to 92mm.

Both phones share a 50MP Leica Summilux primary camera, capable of vibrant and detailed shots even in low light. On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera with portrait enhancements.

Xiaomi also introduced AISP 2.0, its latest computational photography engine, which brings lifelike colors, richer tones, and enhanced bokeh for portraits. For videographers, the 15T Pro supports 4K at 120fps and even 8K recording, while the standard 15T handles smooth 4K HDR10+ video across all focal lengths.

Smarter Connectivity with Xiaomi Astral Communication

Beyond cameras, Xiaomi also debuted Xiaomi Astral Communication, a breakthrough in mobile connectivity. For the first time, Xiaomi Offline Communication enables users to make direct voice calls between two Xiaomi 15T devices — even without a SIM signal or Wi-Fi connection. The range extends up to 1.9km on the 15T Pro and 1.3km on the 15T, making them ideal for outdoor adventures where networks are unreliable.

Both devices run on the brand-new HyperOS 3, featuring smoother multitasking, a refreshed interface, and deeper AI-powered functions through HyperAI.

Bigger, Brighter Displays

The 15T Series sports the largest display yet on a T Series device — a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution and up to 3,200 nits peak brightness.

  • The 15T Pro stands out with slimmer bezels, 144Hz refresh rate, and advanced eye-care features.
  • The 15T supports a 120Hz refresh rate with 3840Hz PWM dimming for comfortable night use.

Power and Performance

Under the hood, the 15T Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ (3nm) while the 15T uses the Dimensity 8400-Ultra (4nm). Both promise faster performance and better efficiency compared to last year’s T Series.

Powering these devices is a 5,500mAh battery with Xiaomi’s signature HyperCharge tech:

  • 15T Pro – 90W wired + 50W wireless
  • 15T – 67W wired fast charging

Xiaomi claims the battery retains 80% health even after 1,600 cycles.

Premium Design and Durability

Both devices feature a refined glass-fiber build with IP68 water and dust resistance and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The 15T Pro gets an edge with a 6M13 aluminum alloy frame, giving it added strength.

Color options:

  • 15T Pro – Black, Gray, Mocha Gold
  • 15T – Black, Gray, Rose Gold
