On June 16 and 17, 2022, the National Real Estate Association (NREA) will host a virtual convention in conjunction with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). The NREA-26th DSHUD’s National Convention online will take place on December 7-8, 2018.
The convention, which will undertake virtual consultations on real estate concerns and seek answers to housing issues, will have the upbeat theme “Real Estate: Roaring Into 2022 and Beyond.”
During the convention, many stakeholders will give projections and the outlook of the real estate market for the upcoming years, as well as a proposed road map on how to address the housing backlog in the country. Participants will walk away with a more in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including how it functions, how it influences prices, the demand for and supply of residential and commercial developments, the impact of government laws on the real estate industry, and a general picture of what the future holds for the national housing industry.
