Galaxy Microsystems, an HK-based company has brought in the county its first tablet called Galapad 7. First to be introduced is the WiFi version that is powered by NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor.
Positioned for the gaming individuals, Galapad 7 WiFi is powered by Tegra 3 1.3Ghz quad-core processor, with up to 3x GPU performance. 1G RAM, 8G storage with expansion via microSD up to 32G, 2MP front camera only which promises blazingly fast multimedia great gaming, seamless multitasking and long battery life because of the 4 + 1 core by NVDIA Tegra processor.
Galapad 7 WiFi has microHDMI port which is basically designed there to extend your display to bigger screen to optimize your gaming experience.
Galaxy Microsystems is not stopping at Galapad 7, they are also introducing in the coming months next models like a 6.3-inch phablet with dual-SIM features, a 3G model of the Galapad but on the 10.1 inch category.
This model introduced in the Philippines has been launched in many different countries like China, Germany, Middle East and Hong Kong.
Galapad 7 WiFi is now available in all Memo Express and PC Express branches with an SRP of P9,995. You will have a choice of either black or white, but what is immediately available is the black version.

Honestly there are other better tablet offering than this. It is not only expensive but also performance wise it is not there at all. Too bad.
Actually the Nexus 7 is faster in gaming, especially Nvidia optimized ones.
MT6589T has that 20-30% boost that makes it faster than Tegra3 – check out UMI X2, it’s like A919i etc. but with the turbo version of the MT6589.
