HTC’s most gorgeous smartphone ever manufactured is HTC One, hands down. If you will put this smartphone on a photo shoot, you will not stop pressing your shutter at any given angle of the phone. So sexy!
We had HTC One for more than a week now, and so far we are happy, but it does not created a perfect score. Let us tell you our review.
I was not surprised about how fast HTC One performed, lets put credit to the 2G RAM and the Snapdragon 600 1.7GHz quad-core processor, you won’t feel any lag when switching to different apps. Very snappy.
There is only one big fall back when you use HTC One, it becomes really hot specially when you turn your mobile data. The photo above reached more than 40 degrees Celsius, and we did several tests and it always resulted to an average 40 degrees. You would love to get plastic casing just reduce the heating.
HTC One Sample Photos:
On a well-lighted environment, HTC One performed very well. And you will like the robotic sound when the AF locks to the subject, I promise you will be entertained. But that’s not the point here, lets check the photo quality HTC produced.
HTC Sample Video.
With an ambient lighting on a LRT2 ride from Cubao to V. Mapa in Manila, we took this quick video. I was impressed with the 1080P result.
– Super gorgeous design
– LTE connectivity (on Globe)
– Facebook Home compatible
– So-so battery life
– So-so camera
– Too hot to handle (40degrees)
Almost everybody that I have shown the HTC One immediately fell in love with the smartphone. That includes me. It looks so premium, the display is superb, LTE connectivity with Globe is a plus factor, camera shoots fast but result is not as good, storage is really huge, you can store a lot of pictures and files. The lack of expandable external storage will no longer be a matter since its internal storage is already enough, it has 32G.
