Recently held at Manila Marriott Convention last June 19, 2019, the 2019 ASIA ECOMM Summit featured a number of industry leaders who revealed their expertise in their respective fields.
And LBC Business Solutions was there in partnership with ASIA CEO Events for this year’s ASIA ECOMM Summit that focused on the theme: “All Good Things Must Come to a New Beginning”.
This year’s theme sought to bring together both big and small companies who are looking to expand their e-commerce platforms and services while cutting costs through E-commerce.
The who day event revolved on topics including Uber-ization of trucking, warehouse, and even logistics staff, automation of warehouses, the rise in government infrastructure investments, omnichannel shipping, supply chain social responsibility, the blurred lines between logistics providers, and the rise of virtual logistics teams.
We spoke to LBC’s Vice President for Corporate Sales Jerome Santos and he told us that e-Commerce in PH is on continuous growth.
“The volume of e-Commerce transaction today can’t be handled by just one company like us. We have the domestic footprint that we can go as far as down south and a tip of the north of the Philippines, it is a complementary relationship with us and the e-comm platforms”
