Overview
This year, we are expecting four kinds of iPhones from Apple.
The iPhone 14 Series comes in these variants:
- iPhone 14 & iPhone 14 Plus
- iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max
iPhone 14 & iPhone 14 Plus
The iPhone 14 will have two variants. This will be included the 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and the 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus. Both are powered by the Apple A15 chip.
The iPhone 14 has a 6.1-inch screen, while the iPhone 14 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen. Both have Super Retina XDR displays with Ceramic Shield protection and an aerospace-grade aluminum body that is dust and water-resistant.
It has an ultra-wide camera, a 12MP F1.5 main camera with OIS, and a 12MP F1.9 TrueDepth camera with autofocus for selfies. Additionally, the cameras boast enhanced low-light performance across the board and an Action Mode for fluid videos.
Again, the Apple A15 chip, 5G connectivity with e-SIM, and all-day battery life are the strengths of the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus. It uses iOS 16 and has additional features like Crash Detection for the new Apple Watches and Emergency SOS via satellite for quick messages to be sent to emergency services.
Midnight, Purple, Starlight, (PRODUCT)RED, and Blue are your choices for the iPhone 14 series.
iPhone 14 Pro & iPhone 14 Pro Max
The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are professional models with the A16 chip, Dynamic Island design, and more powerful and effective cameras.
The new iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max each have displays that are 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches in size, respectively, and come equipped with ProMotion technology as well as an Always-On feature. In addition to that, it has an intelligent dimming feature, a refresh rate of 1Hz when it is set to Low Power mode, and a maximum outdoor brightness of 2,000 nits.
The Pro variants come with the following cameras: a 48MP F.178 main 2nd-gen sensor-shift OIS camera, a 12MP F2.2 ultra-wide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with a quad-pixel sensor and a 2nd-gen sensor-shift OIS, and a LiDAR scanner. For selfies & vlogs, we have a 12MP camera with an aperture of 1.9 and autofocus.
Apple’s A16 Bionic CPU, 5G connection, all-day battery life, and iOS 16 with Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via satellite power the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max.
Space Black, Silver, Gold, Deep Purple are the color options for the iPhone 14 Pro series.

The US market can start to get the new iPhones beginning September 8. The Philippines has yet to get the official announcement.
