The Russian software solutions provider Noda which strength for contact centers has recently signed a partnership agreement with one of the leading systems integrator in the country, Teledata Philippines, Inc.
The partnership aims to strengthen Noda’s positioning in the local market – given the booming outsourcing contact centers in the Philippines – and achieve its goal of automating the contact centers in the country with its next generation solutions.
“Our unique approach for contact centers can really benefit Philippine contact centers. Our solution can cut operational and maintenance expenses and, at the same time, enable these centers to provide high-quality service,” Andrey Zaitsev, Noda’s CEO, said.
