There are two (2) variants available in the market today. The (Squad Edition) 3GB + 64GB variant cost P6,490, while the 4GB + 64GB retails for P6,990.
To give you an idea of what’s included in the retail box, here’s our quick unboxing video.
Now about the design.
I always refer to the price point which in this case, the C15 Squad Edition (3GB + 64GB), is only priced at P6,490.
But the overall design is great and is comparable with the midrange devices in the market today. You get a solid build that does not attract fingerprints. An ergonomically positioned power button and volume controls. Also, realme’s three (2) card slot has been a great inclusion in the design. Consumers can maximize the use of dual SIM plus the possible expansion of external storage.
There’s a large 6.5-inch LCD display with HD (1600 x 720 pixel) resolution. The display is bright and crisp and it becomes even better when you turn on the dark theme which adds battery optimization.
The most awaited part of this realme C15 Review is the camera samples from the phone. So, here are a few of the shots I took.
Take note that I always use the full-screen feature of the phone and the settings are not touched at all, meaning it is the stock camera settings of the phone.
This smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio G35, has either 3GB or 4GB RAM and 64GB expandable storage. All this stuff “under the hood” makes the whole experience remarkable.
But like any other smartphone with this RAM, expect to have some hiccups and lags here and there. But if you can learn how to optimize your usage, it will deliver.
If you are shopping for an entry-level Android phone that has good looks and a great camera, the realme C15 should be on your list.
I particularly liked the design and build of the phone. It is not made out of cheap materials plus it is anti-fingerprint as well.
In terms of media consumption, I can watch YouTube and Netflix movies without any issue, the sound from the down-firing speakers are also good.
The only minor issue that I like realme to address is the micro USB port. It is high time that they shift to USB Type-C already.
