It seems that Samsung might be able to release the return of the doomed Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in the market, as it surfaced in Danawa, a South Korean online store. According to them, the official name is the Galaxy Note FE (Fandom Edition). The refurbished device comes with a big “R” at the back cover.

There are some significant changes in the specs from its predecessor, especially the battery that comes in a smaller 3,200 mAh capacity. It runs on a surprisingly Android 6.0 ‘Marshmallow’, which is considered outdated nowadays. The base storage remains at 64GB, and can be expanded via microSD card. Other specs, includes a 12MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie shooter; heart rate sensor, Iris scanner, 4K video recording, and Always-on display.

We’re just waiting for an imminent update from the Korean company to know if they’re willing to sell the phone outside the home country.
