Design

I must say that POVA has a solid build and I think the company has long prepared for this “super competitive” market for smartphones.

What I personally liked about the POVA is the triple card slots — two for the dual SIM, which is Pinoy’s fave, and the dedicated microSD for additional storage.

One thing that I did not like about the Pova is they did not use a USB Type-C port. How I wish that they already put

Cameras

I guess they put a “decent” cameras on this phone. While the big opponents are already offering the biggest “megapixels”, the Pova has 13MP main camera at the back. Here are a few samples for your reference.

Maganda Pova: Conclusion

Finally, let me answer the question… Is it really good? (Maganda po ba?)

Tecno Pova Review

Specs-wise plus the size of the device, less the possible issue about customer support, later on, I guess it is good enough.

In terms of battery capacity, you’ll have no issue at all. It will be with you for the next two days. Remember it has a 6,000mAh capacity. The drawback is the micro USB port and the 18W “fast” charger. I wish they put a USB Type-C and at higher wattage charger, but that’s it, the 18W charger is the maximum it can offer.

Finally, if you are somebody who likes big screens and a long-lasting battery, the Pova is for you.
