Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 appears in TENAA with minimal bezels and rounded display

The next series of Xiaomi Redmi and Redmi Note smartphones have been the subject of numerous leaks within the past two months, and just a few days ago when the Chinese phone maker announced the most affordable on the line-up, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A. Now, we have the official images on one of the upcoming members, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.

Spotted in TENAA, it shows the two expected colors available: White/Gold and Pure Black. In addition, previous leaked stated that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will feature a dual-camera setup; however, according to the Chinese certification, it only shows a single camera lens, presumed to feature a 16-megapixel 12-megapixel lens. Selfie camera is said to have a 5-megapixel snapper. Perhaps, other upcoming Xiaomi smartphone will feature two cameras at the back.

Other rumored specs, including a 5.99-inch FHD+ 18:9 screen with large 4,000 mAh battery, supported by Quick Charge 4.0, a Snapdragon 660 Plus 625 by Qualcomm paired with Adreno 512 506 GPU, 16GB / 32GB / 64GB of storage, and 3GB or 4GB RAM.
