If the dual rear camera will be the subject, LG had it already since LG G5. It was followed by Huawei when they tapped Lens maker Leica on their P9 series. Even their Honor series had dual cameras already.
But in terms of specs, the closest competing bad boys will be the Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom and Huawei’s P9 Plus.

In summary
Asus is leading the game now. Their bad boy Zenfone 3 Zoom has a long list of advantages over Huawei’s P9 Plus. Firstly, the Gorilla Glass of the Zoom is a newer better version, secondly, the obvious huge battery advantage, and many more like the storage variants, & high-res front-camera to name a few.
The Huawei’s P9 Plus won’t take it sitting down. This bad ass is thinner by millimeter, therefore it is lighter too.
The challenge is on the shoulders of ASUS. Huawei’s camera quality have been proven already. And they went ahead in the market by almost two quarters already.
The price point would be another thing to consider, Huawei’s P9 retails at P29,990 while Zenfone 3 Zoom is expected to priced at the level of the Zenfone 3 which is P18,995 more or less.
