Globe Retail Transformation and Management Chief Joe Caliro announced that Globe is building up a new store at the midst of Bonifacio Global City. The store will be called Globe Iconic Store will be erected at the area where the amphitheater is located now.
Coming from a highly hyped and successful art-driven event last year with the opening of Globe’s new GEN3 stores in Manila (SM North Edsa) and Cagayan de Oro, the Ayala-lead telco brought art closer to more people through GEN3 Next ACT. The event featured live art demonstrations that featured an original mural developed by over 20 local artists in the course of 3 months.
Globe did not stop from the Gen3 Next ACT, this year a bigger community in Bonifacio Global City was tapped as part of another much-anticipated milestone that is set to revolutionize the Filipino retail experience towards end of this year.
The art-centric event that showcased live painting from 16 local artists accompanied by acts from DJs and bands like Severo, Zombettes, She’s Only Sixteen, Techy Romantics, and Taken By Cars.
