How to Enrol FamLoad Promos
There are some easy ways to do so. So give each one a shot to see which one better fits your needs. Here they are.
via MyPLDT Smart App
Through the myPLDT Smart app, which you can download and install for free from Google Play or in the App Store (for iOS users), you can view all of your PLDT and Smart accounts in one location. After downloading the app from Google Play or the App Store, create an account and enroll your PLDT Home Wifi Prepaid number. The app remembers your phone number automatically, which is convenient.
In the myPLDT Smart app, choose your PLDT Home Prepaid WiFi number. Tap “View account” and then “Promos” at the bottom of the page. Following that, you’ll see a list of FamLoad deals to which you can subscribe.
Did you know you can do “Pasaload”? Yes, but a simple and quick reminder: To take advantage of the promotion, you must have sufficient prepaid credit.
To do “Pasaload”, simply type PASALOAD <number> <amount> and send to 808 from your Smart prepaid phone.

Check Your FamLoad Balance
As a prepaid user, you should be aware of your current balance. This way you can check whether you are going to load already.
From the myPLDT Smart app, just tap “View Account” and you’ll see how much data is still left.
