Nokia delivers the Nokia 5 Android 8.0 update. As promised by the Nokia-HMD to release ‘Pure, Secure and Up-to-date’ phone.
Juho Sarvikas, the Chief Product Officer of HMD Global, made the announcement in a tweet that the Oreo beta test is available through Nokia phones beta labs for owners of the Nokia 5.

Before proceeding, bear in mind that this is a pre-release update and may contain bugs. Try the update at your own risk.
Just head over to the Nokia Beta Labs webpage. Read and follow the instructions carefully. You need to supply your IMEI and your network name so that Nokia will send you an update notification.
You can also request a rollback if you wish. Just log-in back and select “request for rollback” option.
