“The secret ingredient to my secret ingredient soup is… nothing!” That’s what Mr. Ping confided to Po.
The Kung Fu Panda could not believe his ears. “Wait!?! You mean it’s just plain old noodle soup? You don’t add some special sauce or something?”

Mr. Ping smiled. “Don’t have to. To make something special you just have to believe it’s special.”
That scene played back in my mind when I joined “The Secret to Getting Customers and Clients Online” by the Internet Marketing (IM) guru himself, Ben Francia, today, October 20, 2012, at Ortigas, Pasig City. It is top billed as “a workshop where Ben Francia shares his ‘secret sauce’ on how to create business success in the Internet.”
But, this time, there was a secret sauce.
The workshop was, in his words, “dummy-proof.” No techie words. It’s a no-nonsense intro to IM.
Simply put, IM is promoting ideas, products and services online. Its three pillars are catching people’s interest online, changing them from visitors to customers, and cultivating them to become faithful followers (read: repeat customers).
The secret sauce is… IM is about building relationships, not merely selling online.

Yet, as simple as it sounds, it is work and nothing but work. Francia said, “Imperfect action is better than perfect inaction.” The challenge is how do you go from grabbing the customers’ attention to getting them to act. In short, it’s about building a loyal following.
If you want the recipe for that secret sauce, ask Ben Francia (Visit http://www.benfrancia.com/). There is so much to learn from him.
Building relationships spells the difference between old plain noodle soup and online business success.
