Mark Troselj, VP and Managing Director for Apac and Japan and James Dantow, VP Worldwide Support and GM for PH, Netsuite were here last week to announce the addition of two new big clients. They just closed Roxas Holdings, the largest sugar producer in the country and Ai21 member of the Lina Group of Companies.

Dantow also shared that Netsuite have been in the Philippines since 2007 and one of their first and long time customer is the largest TV network in the country – ABS-CBN.
NetSuite PH team has grown up since 2007 and now they have more than 800 to complete the local team.
NetSuite cloud solutions were the top choice of Air21 and Roxas Holdings over SalesForce and SAP. Air21’s CIO Theresita Eisma shared that they had to choose NetSuite over the other competing brand because it is affordable and since it is offered as a subscription, the company did not shell out huge CAPEX.
Meantime, Renato Valenciano, CEO of Roxas Holdings relates that they do did not even upgraded their current network infrastructure to implement NetSuite cloud solution. He added that the used-to be 2-weeks creation of reports is now down to just 48hours; approval of Purchase Orders and other decisions can no be made even on mobile device like iPad. Roxas Holdings, after implementation of NetSuite solution has reduced the company’s bandwidth from 1Mbps to 512Kbps.
Both customers, Air21 and Roxas Holdings shared that it took them 90-days to fully implement the solution, that includes final customization of the software.
