CM Flare Ultimate: Flagship, not

From our extensive research and exclusive source, the Flare Ultimate will not be the flagship model. Although it has the most of the features you would want in your smartphone today, Flare Ultimate will be in a limited edition series. You might be impatient already with all the introduction blah blah. Here’s now what you can get if you will become one of the lucky owners of the Flare Ultimate .

These are the reasons why you want this smartphone so bad

• Dual fingerprint scanner. Because one fingerprint scanner is not enough, the CM Flare Ultimate has one at the rear below the camera. Very visible in the press photo provided below. The visible fingerprint scanner at the rear of the Flare Ultimate is for the index finger. The second one, which is not visible in the photo, is integrated with the power button. The dual fingerprint scanner can be used individually or simultaneously, depending on the user’s level of security he wants to implement.
• Dual 16MP camera. The only Flare series that will employ two cameras in the front with 16MP. The first camera has F/1.0 opening and very wide at 16mm. The second camera has an opening of F/3.5mm. Combining two cameras in taking selfie creates print-quality photos.
• Ultra big storage.  This is the first time CM is being generous in terms of storage. While it is always observed that their smartphones get 16G internal storage, the Flare Ultimate is getting a super generous 256G. Micro-SD support is still there for a maximum of 200G of external storage.
• 24MP rear camera. Another first from CM, a 24MP camera that can stitch photos together resulting in a super high-quality image that can be printed and make its way to the billboards in EDSA. According to our source, the camera is equipped with a six-element lens with sapphire glass, OIS 2.0, lossless zoom up to 5X, and can record 4K video. But wait, there’s more! It has phase detection autofocus that can detect subjects blazingly fast at 0.05 seconds.
• Self-recharging 5,000mAH battery. Perhaps this is why the name Flare Ultimate came about. Our source was clear: it will self-recharge when it reaches 25% battery life. The 5,000mAH is lavish already giving the owner more than 24-hour of juice on 4G/LTE. But the best feature is the technology called self-recharging. Once you reach 25% level, Flare Ultimate will start re-charging.
