Infinix ZERO 5G design and build
Featuring the enchanting Golden Hour shade, our unit displays a back panel that changes colors when light hits it from certain angles, evoking the vibrant tones of the beloved golden hour that photographers adore.
The device is built with durability in mind, sporting a solid all-metal chassis and Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back. Its sleek design measures a slim 7.9mm and weighs only 185 grams, 7.4mm thick and 180 grams.
Conveniently positioned on the right side are the volume rocker and power button. The bottom section contains the USB Type-C port, SIM card slot, primary microphone, and one of the two speaker grills. At the top are a secondary noise-canceling microphone, the second stereo speaker, and a tastefully laser-etched label that says “Powered by Infinix.
The 3D curved display of the device incorporates an under-display fingerprint sensor. At the top-middle corner, a large 50MP vlogging camera can capture 4K video at 60fps. With its AMOLED display and impressive 144Hz refresh rate, the screen delivers bright, clear images, showcasing a full HD+ resolution.
A massive 50MP front camera sets the Infinix ZERO 30 5G apart with its 4K at 60fps capability. Few smartphones match this feature, making it a standout choice for vloggers and photography enthusiasts.
The Mediatek Dimensity 8020 chipset, which has a quad-core high-performance ARM Cortex A78 running at 2.6GHz and a quad-core power-efficient ARM Cortex A55 running at 2.0GHz, powers the Infinix ZERO 30 5G.
Complementing this is an ARM Mali-G77 MP9 GPU, 12GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and an additional 9GB of optional extended RAM.
This hardware combination enhances the device’s impressive performance, particularly for gaming. With a spacious 256GB internal storage, it meets the requirements for demanding 4K videos and more.
Nevertheless, it is essential to mention the lack of a microSD card slot alongside the dual nano SIM trays.
Connectivity options are robust, including dual 5G support, WiFi 6, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC
Regarding battery life, the Infinix ZERO 30 5G doesn’t disappoint, featuring a generous 5,000mAh capacity with support for 68W Super Charge.
In summary, the Infinix Zero 30 5G is a remarkable device. Its design, hardware configuration, camera capabilities, and battery life all align to make it a formidable competitor in the 20k to 25k price range, yet it’s available for below 15k. This represents excellent value for money and embodies the “bang for your buck.”
If you’re in the market for a feature-rich smartphone that won’t break the bank, the Infinix Zero 30 5G is undoubtedly worth considering. Its impressive specifications and affordable price point make it a compelling option for budget-conscious consumers who don’t want to compromise on performance and features.
