Mimosa Networks, Inc., the global technology leader in wireless broadband solutions, and Achieve Without Borders (AWB) Networks, a Philippines-based value-added distributor, announced recently that AWB Networks is now a distributor of Mimosa products.
Under the distribution agreement between the two companies, AWB will represent Mimosa’s solutions as it drives internet connectivity and expands broadband coverage throughout the Philippines, a key government initiative. Mimosa’s innovative fixed wireless solutions will complement AWB’s extensive range of wired and wireless broadband networking equipment from top-tier global manufacturers.
The partnership between the two companies will provide Mimosa with direct access to AWB’s large reseller base, which includes leading Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators and Service Providers, stretching across all vertical markets. With sales and distribution facilities strategically located in Makati City, Metro Manila and in Mandaue City, Cebu, AWB offers full coverage of the Philippines. AWB believes there will be strong demand for Mimosa solutions, with all types of customers greatly benefiting from being more connected, including schools, enterprises in rural areas, and Wireless ISPs. Key solutions for wireless internet service providers and enterprises will be point-to-point (PTP) and point-to-multipoint (PTMP) links, especially in video surveillance applications.
