Foodpanda, an online food and grocery delivery platform, and the NBA today announced a multiyear marketing partnership, making foodpanda the league’s first-ever official food delivery partner in the Philippines.
This was announced today in advance of Monday, February 20th’s live broadcast of the 72nd NBA All-Star Game on One Sports and NBA TV Philippines at 9:00 a.m. PHT. With a shooting competition for local amateur players, foodpanda App users, and foodpanda delivery riders, NBA Philippines Senior Director of Global Marketing Partnerships Mae Dichupa and foodpanda Philippines Director for Growth Guilherme Porto made the announcement at an event held at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall in Pasay City.

The NBA 3X Philippines presented by Mountain Dew is a 3-on-3 basketball competition combining men’s and women’s teams and NBA entertainment, and foodpanda has signed on as an official partner for the event, which will take place in Metro Manila next month. Throughout the NBA season, foodpanda will be featured in select broadcasts on TV5 and One Sports through virtual signage on the court and the introduction of competitions that will give foodpanda customers in the Philippines the chance to win exciting NBA prizes.
