Nokia PH launches Lumia 720 and Lumia 520

There are actually five Lumias that are out in the market now but not all has the same features. Check this out, only three models has the wireless charging features – Lumia 920, Lumia 820 and Lumia 720 (720 has to use external accessory to enable wireless charging). Not all has LTE radio – only Lumia 820 and Lumia 920, but according to Mike Smith, the LTE update will come by the end of May.

Lets go to the Lumia 720 first. Lumia 720 is now out in the market bearing an SRP of P14,590. For that price point, here’s what you get.

It has Windows Phone 8 OS, a 4.3-inch clearlblack WVGA LCD, D Gorilla Glass 2, and a super sensitive touch for nail and glove use. A 2000mAh battery plus the optional Nokia Wireless charging accessory. It is powered by 1.0Ghz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor. You can’t with the 8MP with the best opening of F1.9 AF Carl Zeiss lens. The front camera has 1.3Mp that takes 720P HD best for Skype app. With Lumia 720, you get 8G internal memory, and the good news is that it has microSD slot for expansion up to 64G, add to it the Cloud storage SkyDrive that gives your 7G free storage.

The Lumia 520 is the little brother, having a 4-inch IPS LCD with 800 x 480 screen resolution bearing an SRP of P7,990 only.

Windows Phone 8 OS, free global HERE maps, free regional HERE Drive, screen is super sensitive touch that even girls with long nails will have no problem using it, even if you have gloves. Battery is 1430mAh, 1Ghz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 5MP AF with 512MB RAM, 8G internal memory, supports external memory via microSD up to 64G and the 7G SkyDrive free cloud storage. The Lumia 520 brings back the classic Nokia style – it has exchangeable shells or what we popularly call “casing” before.
