Co-developed with Creatures Inc. and DeNA Co., Ltd., the Pokémon Company is pleased to announce the official launch of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket service.

The App Store now offers the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, an iOS/Android software that lets users collect Pokémon cards for fun.

The three booster packs appear in the new card game, featuring many Pokémon appearing in Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue. Players can open two booster packs every day at no cost, with each booster pack having different contents, from nostalgia-inducing illustrations from the past to completely new cards exclusive to this game.

The Pokémon Company and its co-developers challenged themselves to create expressions and visual effects for cards in new ways that are only possible digitally. They look forward to players experiencing the joy of collecting further-expanded sets of Pokémon cards on their smart devices.

The official launch of the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket comes with the latest video on YouTube.

Coinciding with the official launch is the release of the animated short “MILIMILI-BEAT!”, an animation with cute characters and an up tempo beat showing the swipe movement used when opening packs in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.
