Although Xiaomi announced two (2) smartphones only during their official re-launch in PH, there is a slew of smartphones that were added to their flagship store in SM Megamall. Redmi 5 is one of them.
The Redmi 5 has a 5.7-inch HD+ display with18:9 aspect ratio, which Xiaomi calls full-screen display.
It is wrapped in a metal body, has 2.5D glass, and available in gold, lake blue, black, & rose gold.
Powering the Redmi 5 is a Snapdragon 450 1.8GHz coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The local version has 3GB + 32GB configuration.
The shooters include a 13MP with PDAF and LED flash. And for the most important camera, the selfie shooter has 5MP which also takes 1080P video.

The Redmi 5 is now available in Xiaomi flagship store in SM Megamall. Official SRP is P7,790.
