And there you go, Xiaomi has officially unveiled the next Redmi! Redmi 2 is now posted at the Xiaomi forum.
Redmi 2 sports a 4.7″ perfect IPS display, 1280×720 resolutiton, 312 PPI, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 Quadcore 64-bit 1.2 GHz processor, has 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage which is expandable via microSD up to 32G. It has Dual-SIM 4G LTE (TDD/ FDD).
A 2200 mAh Samsung Lithium polymer battery is attached to it and the shooters include 8MP and 2MP, respectively.
It will be available in five bright colors.
Price revealed in China is 699 RMB (approx. 112 USD).
