The Bank will undergo a major systems upgrade from April 5, 2019 (Friday), 10:00 PM to April 7, 2019 (Sunday), 10:00 PM to enhance client experience. During this time, our online banking, mobile app, Bizlink platform, ATMs and CAMs, as well as Debit and Prepaid Card services will be temporarily unavailable.
Select branches nationwide will be open on April 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) to accommodate our clients’ immediate banking needs. Clients may visit our website for the complete list.
We encourage our clients to plan their transactions accordingly.
So take note of the important dates and time:
April 5, 2019 (Friday), 10:00 PM to April 7, 2019 (Sunday), 10:00 PM.
