Game Night with Telpad; interactive fun games for tech media

The PH local media got a kick out of exhilarating challenges ala The Hunger Games in the Battle for Telpad Game Domination. And guess who went home with bunch of San Miguel beer products that night? It was my friend and former boss, Ron Villagonzalo of Wahpinas.com.

PLDT Home recently held a ‘Game Night’ for the local tech media to get them to play around and try out first-hand some exciting features of the Dual Core Telpad. TelPad is PLDT’s only landline and tablet in one. Now on the latest Android OS, Jellybean, with a powerful dual core processor, the Telpad also boasts of compelling entertainment content set to redefine everyone’s landline experience.

Using Huawei tablet called Telpad, the tech media played the most thrilling EA Games, one of the world’s biggest game developers. The game night was dubbed “The Telpad Games” inspired by the hit movie “The Hunger Games” with everybody taking part in a veritable Battle for Telpad Game Domination.

The Telpad Game Night was hosted by game master Boom Gonzales, tussled in a night-long battle of smarts and strategy in popular games such as Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, Mass Effect Infiltration, and Bejeweled 2. Up for grabs were various prizes, including the grand prize — a San Miguel Beer party package, in time for Oktoberfest.

Ron Villagonzalo took home the San Miguel Beer party package and one unit of PLDT HOME dual-core Telpad!
