The Best HERO Cameras, Yet—Available in Three Flavors
HERO11 Black: The most versatile camera in the world, more powerful and convenient than ever before. The HERO11 Black, which features GoPro’s proven characteristic HERO camera design, durability, and performance, is set to be the camera that more pros and hobbyists turn to than any other to produce immersive footage that makes you feel like you were there.

HERO11 Black Creator Edition: An all-in-one content capturing powerhouse with an ultralight design that fits in the palm of your hand that makes vlogging, filming, and live streaming simple. It has all of the performance of the HERO11 Black, plus a long-lasting battery grip with built-in buttons for one-handed camera control and up to four hours of 4K shooting per charge. In addition, the HERO11 Black Creator Edition comes with an optional directional microphone, external mic input, HDMI port for connecting to external displays, a high-output LED light, and two cold shoe attachments for mounting extra peripherals.
HERO11 Black Mini: A smaller, lighter, and simpler version of the HERO11 Black that offers the same performance as its larger sibling. Because of its smaller size and simple one-button design, the HERO11 Black Mini is ideal for consumers who demand maximum simplicity without losing any performance or quality. Want to keep things simple yet look like a HERO? Select the HERO11 Black Mini.
New Larger Sensor Captures 10-bit Color and the Widest, Most Immersive Native Field of View in a HERO Camera
The new 1/1.9″ sensor captures over 1 billion colors in 10-bit color video at up to 5.3K quality at 60 frames per second in both the HERO11 Black and HERO11 Black Mini, as well as 27-megapixel photographs in the HERO11 Black for images that are more faithful to how your eyes perceive them in real life. This results in 64X more colors collected in 10-bit footage than in the 8-bit video, a stunning improvement in image quality over earlier GoPro cameras.
The new bigger sensor in the HERO11 Black also enables 8:7 aspect ratio video for the widest vertical field of vision yet on a GoPro. This means you can now capture more of a scene vertically in the GoPro Quik app, with the ability to crop for different aspect ratios—ideal for simultaneously creating extra-tall 9:16 vertical shots for Instagram and TikTok, as well as high-resolution 16:9 cinematic shots for YouTube or the big screen. You may also generate high-resolution close-ups by zooming in on the greatest parts of your videos.
The new sensor also supports HyperView, the broadest 16:9 field of view native to a HERO camera to date. HyperView, which is ideal for capturing first-person views of yourself biking, skiing, surfing, motorcycling, and other similar activities, makes your favorite activities look faster and more heroic than you ever believed possible.
