Meralco Online is a service offered by Meralco wherein consumers can view and pay bills, report an outage, inquire. Consumers can also request & give feedback via their customer service or apply for a service.

Meralco Online: How To Register

1. Get a copy of your latest Meralco bill. It doesn’t matter if the account is under your name or not. You just need the essential data from it.
2. Next, you will need to write down the Service ID Number, Total KWH, and the Bill Date.
3. You also need your active mobile number and a valid email address. (Yes, the one you are actively using).
4. Alternately, you can register using your Google or Facebook account.
5. Go to https://online.meralco.com.ph/ and click “Sign up here“
6. Input your First Name and Last Name, your mobile number, and Service ID Number. You also need to input the Total KWH and the Bill Date.
7. Check (Tick) the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy Agreement.
8. Finally, click Register.
9. Verify your email and set your account password.
10. Access your Meralco Online Account.

How to Pay Meralco Bills using PayMaya

PayMaya enables you to pay your Meralco bill without standing in line.

You will save a tremendous amount of time due to this, allowing you to spend more time on other activities.

Install the PayMaya app and create an account, then pay your Meralco bill by following these steps:

1. Log into the PayMaya app.
2. Select the “Bills” icon,
3. Choose “Meralco” from the list of billers under the “Electric Utility” category.
4. Input the 10-digit Meralco Customer Account Number.
5. Input the amount to be paid.
6. Press “Continue” and confirm the details of the transaction.
7. Receive a notice that the transaction has been completed.
8. Check your Activity List to see the status and details of the payment.

How to Pay Meralco Bills using GCash

You may now pay your Meralco bills more promptly and efficiently!

Just input your 10-digit account number when paying your monthly Meralco payments using GCash.

Finally, Meralco may now be saved as a saved biller, allowing for even faster payment.

Meralco would continue to accept GCash for all fees, even unpaid invoices.

1. Select Pay Bills
2. Choose Electric Utilities
3. Select Meralco
4. Enter your Meralco account number located at the top left portion of your bill.

How to pay your Meralco bill with Metrobank Online

An advisory posted by Metrobank said that its depositors can already use Meralco’s 10-digit Customer Account No (CAN). They can pay bills on Metrobank Online, Metrobankdirect Personal, and the Metrobank Mobile App.

1. Log in to Metrobank Online
2. Click Pay Bills on your dashboard
3. Enter your total amount, select Meralco as a biller, enter your CAN, then click NEXT.
4. Tap NEXT
5. Select a source account
6. Tap SUBMIT
7. Enter your One-Time Password or tap SUBMIT

Finally, you will get notifications via email and SMS that your payment was successful.

Pay your Meralco bills with BPI Online

With BPI, there are two-step procedures before you can enjoy paying Meralco Bill online. First, you need to enroll the biller in their system, and when it is approved, you can proceed with the drill.

How to I enroll Meralco bills?

1. Log in in to BPI Online and go to ‘Other Services.’
2. Select ‘Manage Recipients.’
3. Click on ‘Add recipient.’
4. Select Biller as the type of recipient.
5. Select ‘Manila Electric Company.’
6. On the ‘Reference Number’, input your 10-digit Meralco Customer Account Number*.
7. Confirm the details of your enrollment. Click on ‘Confirm.’
8. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select ‘Submit.’

How to pay Meralco Bill

1. Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app and go to ‘Payments / Load.’
2. Select ‘Pay bills.’
3. Fill in the details and select your enrolled Meralco bill.
4. Click ‘Next.’
5. Pay the exact amount stated on your bill before the due date.
6. Check the details of your payment. Click on ‘Confirm.’
7. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select ‘Submit.’

How to Pay Bills Using Shopee’s Shopeepay

Surprise! Who would have taught that Shopee can only be a shopping app? Fact is, almost everything we need is already on Shopee. Including Bills Payment.

Here’s how you pay your Meralco Bill using ShopeePay.

Reminder. 

Before you can use ShopeePay to pay your bills, you need to load your wallet. 

1. Open your Shopee App
2. Choose “Load & Bills” icon from the main screen
3. Select “Electricity”
4. Click “Postpaid” Tab
5. Select Biller, then choose Meralco
6. Input the details
7. Click “Continue”
8. Check-out
9. Click “Pay”
10. Enter ShopeePay PIN

Lastly, don’t forget to tick “Order Received” to complete the transaction. 

How to Pay Meralco Bills Using Bayad Center App

1. Upon logging in to your Bayad account, tap the “Pay Bills” icon on the main dashboard.
2. Select Electric Utility from the billers category and choose MERALCO from the list.
3. Enter the biller information, 10-digit Customer Account Number, and the amount to be paid. Tap “Next”
4. Review details, and then press the CONFIRM button to process the payment.
5. The payment will be processed, and you will be notified via SMS and email when it has been completed.
