Before the long-awaited launch, HONOR Philippines challenged its respected media partners to an Ultra Tough Challenge camp, where they tested the very tough smartphone in a number of ways.
It has endured a car running over a large Hummer and a grueling smash test relay in which participants had 30 seconds to smash as many large tiles as they could. In competitive paintball, sparring, and archery games, guests went for the HONOR X9b 5G’s ultra-tough screen. Lastly, the HONOR X9b 5G passed a 50-foot drop test! And the question is still there. “HONOR X9b 5G has been proven durable as the device was carefully studied and has undergone three tempering processes and we are sure that it can surpass the success of its predecessor. Advice for the public though, while we are confident that it will survive intense pressure, intentional dropping and smashing might still cause physical damage to the phone,” said HONOR Philippines Vice President Stephen Cheng.
